Deluxe Pac-Man AGA (Amiga) There may be a huge plethora of Pac-Man clones out there. But every once in a while, something like Deluxe Pac-Man appears, and everything's alright. 😊

A Windows laptop, out on the garden table, emulating a C64, with it's beastie 6510 CPU — essentially a 6502 with some bank-switching. 😊

I'm out travelling for a couple of days. Left the house quick, and I didn't get the GP2x handheld ready to take with me. 😐 Last time I decided to focus on the Amstrad emulator, which I'd hardly touched before. Y'know, it was really fun to try new versions of old games I knew. 😎

Playing Sorcery on the Amstrad emulator on the CP2x handheld. (I"m so good at it, I don't even need to press the buttons.) 😋I would play a bit of Elite, but I think it requires more keypresses than I can properly do on the old GP2x. The intro looks refreshingly not-flickery though. 😎

Pooyan was quite a cool C64 conversion. Could certainly look better. But they did a darned good job of taking a tall-screen arcade game and translating it to the 4:3 screen of the C64. And those falling wolves, and the sounds of biting wolves were just adorable. 😋

Bank Panic (arcade) I just love the ridiculousness of this games premise: one lone lawman, defending the entire bank against a continual onslaught of robbers. Excellent cartoony graphics too, that make it a joy to play. 👍

Barbarian 2 (C64) I question the career path of Princess Mariana, who the barbarian rescues in Barbarian 1 and is now a Warrior Princess? I mean, girl power and all that. But if I were a princess, I'd happily assign any muscular well-armed subject of my kingdom to this rather than do it myself. 😋

Sega made me do it! 😮 Bought Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing, on sale on Steam. Reviews were a bit concerning about compatibility issues, but it ran well for me. 😊 But do you think there's an option to turn off rumble? Nope! Not a one. I hunted, I Googled. So I opted for a *permanent* fix. {snip!} 😈

XBox360 controller, with the rumble motor wire's cut! Best move I ever made. 😊
