Ukrainians have to survive russia's genocidal invasion with minimal support they have to be endlessly grateful for, not talk about the war so Westerners can keep their sense of normalcy & not commemorate loved ones killed by russians because it offends russians. WTF is this?

After 12 years of genocidal war, our primary achievement has been pressuring Ukraine, the victim, to abandon its NATO membership aspirations. Meanwhile, russia's hybrid acts of war & rhetoric have only grown stronger, with open threats now directed at the rest of Europe.

I hope that when russia's war will rage on the rest of Europe's streets, everyone will remember that all our countries could agree on for years was what they won't do for Ukraine.

A "peace plan" that doesn’t address security, justice, accountability, sovereignty & war crimes, isn’t a peace plan, it’s a freeze-the-war plan. It pauses the war while leaving the victim vulnerable, the aggressor rewarded, the crimes unaddressed & a future war assured.

The fact that putin is voicing russia's genocidal intent towards Ukrainians, unbothered, unworried of any repercussions, says a lot about the state of the world. No more hiding behind lies. If you have nukes, you can commit genocide & the West will pretend is not happening.
