I'm not running a cat food store, but I do have a substantial emergency stock of cat food. I just rotated the big bags, those get donated to cat rescues when they are almost at the use by-date. This time the stock went to Ukraine! I buy a lot of kitten food as stock, rescues always need that!

Oh the "joy" of home ownership. I own a rental company, and there are four homes, plus a whole lot of side buildings. I sent my regular carpenter up to one of the homes today, to check it for stuff that needed fixing, and he sent me this. Ugh. That's ALL the earnings for this year gone!

I took my cornrows out today, with the help of some tame teenagers. No way I could run a hairbrush through that! Half a pot of hair mask later and it looks somewhat normal, and I can brush it. That includes taking out a month worth of shedding, so it looks kind scaring 😬
