If you watch a UK Nintendo Direct you'll see that they just say "game" instead of "the [game] game" like in the US. Which means that they make the narrator record two versions of the same line every time he mentions the name of a Nintendo game.

every time i use my pilgrim's practice file i run into like, 50 mimics, gloom on every floor, constantly plagued by 50 diseases etc.. then i load up the solo save it's sunshine and rainbows and "would you like a bowl of strengths with a side of incense?"
