Yesterday our Green & Grounds team, 4 adults and 3 teens, tackled Gallows Wharf, now that construction has moved further along. Brambles and weeds were cleared to reveal a rambling rose and other shrubs, and work continued across the canal on the display wall. #UKCanals #Lichfield #WeDigCanals

At Gallows Reach, the team poured one concrete base and the following day they dug out and prepared for the next one, ready for next week. After that, there will only be one more before they reach the second headwall. #WeDigCanals #Lichfield #UKCanals
