This is beyond the pale. Detainees would have no communication, no representation, no safeguards for how they are treated while in custody. This cannot possibly be legal, ethical, humane or constitutional. The only motives are profit and cruelty.

Every time I leave my house I am blocked from using BlueSky with an error message that I am evidently in Texas and need to verify my age. What’s up with that nonsense? I have never been in Texas while using BlueSky. Sick of this invasive tracking, which is only getting worse.
Eagerly awaiting this SCOTUS case, although I have no illusions that they will rule in favor of the health & welfare of the American public/ against fossil fuel polluters. Proud to be a resident of Boulder County, the plaintiffs in the case.
