i'm a big sucker for a diegetic piece of art/literature serving as a mirror to the story's characters, so naturally the illustration of the poem about a silverleaf tree falling in love with a star from chapter 47 of WHA *had* to be redrawn as Qifrey and Oru ✨🍃 #WitchHatAtelier #WHAMangaSpoilers

digital fan art of Qifrey and Oruggio from Witch Hat Atelier. it is based on an illustration featured in chapter 47 of the manga, wherein the Silver Leaf Tree is reaching up towards the Star, who is sailing the sky in a boat.
Qifrey is depicted as a thin and tall light-skinned person with short curly white hair; his fingers extend into long silver wood branches, similar to the Silver Leaf's fingers in the original illustration. he is dressed in a long flowing gray tunic with long wide sleeves and his signature plaited high collar, the fabric caught at the waist with a wide etched leather belt decorated with tassels. on his head, there is a circlet made of black leaves and long spikes.
Oru has an average build, light brown skin, short straight black hair and a short goatee. he is wearing a white toga-like tunic draped over one shoulder, leaving his arms bare and the burn scars on his hands and forearms visible. there is a wide tasseled blue sash around his waist, and, like Qifrey, Oru has a crown on his head, his shaped like a collection of stars.
the characters are placed facing each other, Qifrey on the right and Oru on the left and upside down. Qifrey is sitting on the gray branches of a silver wood tree, reaching with one hand for a star right next to Oru's chest; he is looking at it with wonder and quiet excitement. Oru is kneeling in a small boat, one arm raised and the hand placed on the end of an oar handle, which is standing vertically; the other arm is resting against his thigh. he is looking at Qifrey's face with a smile.
there is water around the boat, dyed pink and soft orange with the light of the star, the upside-down wave foaming and curling towards Qifrey, while the silver wood branches reach for Oru. behind the characters, the sky is a pale sunrise blue, with smaller stars and sea spray shimmering all around them.

digital fan art of Qifrey and Oruggio from Witch Hat Atelier, depicting Qifrey enveloped in a tangle of silver wood branches and leaves, while Oruggio stands opposite him and holds his hands.
they are both depicted as thin young men. Qifrey is very pale and has short wavy white hair, the bangs long enough to cover his eyes and the top of his cheek as he is hanging his head low. Oruggio has tan skin and short straight black hair, both it and his goatee somewhat unkempt. there are burn scars visible on the backs of his hands, palms and forearms.
both of them are wearing their usual clothes. Oruggio is dressed in a long dark skirt with an intricate wide belt and a loose white shirt tucked into it, with long billowing sleeves, caught at the elbows with dark cords. Qifrey is wearing a black turtleneck, the collar covering his neck and the sleeves covering his hands halfway; his white robes and skirt are a mess of drapery caught in between the silver wood branches. he seems to be limp and resigned, letting the branches hold him up, his face covered and half out of frame, his lips pressed into a thin, anguished line. Oruggio stands in front of him, pressing the back of Qifrey's right hand into his chest, and holding the fingers of Qifrey's left hand loosely in his right, together with his ivory-handled pen, resting between Oruggio's thumb and Qifrey's fingers. his face is turned up to Qifrey's, and he is wearing a soft smile, eyes closed as if he is sleeping, resting his cheek on a branch that curls gently around his shoulders and back.

Proof of life! And art! And that I’ll do commissions if we’re friends and you ask nicely 💕

Myra - a final fantasy turned dnd npc commission - a beautiful, bustiful lady with light teal skin, gently wavy white hair tied partially up with a bow, wearing a red shirt with even redder suspenders, glasses, and a nice smug look on her face

Vash - a final fantasy turned dnd npc commission - a tanned skinned man with mostly slicked back dark brown hair, probably stole his outfit from Seto Kaiba, but wears it better with his tiddies out

Bernie! A sweet little, distinguished dachshund that belongs to the commissioner
