When I try to talk about Epilepsy Accessibility in videogames, I've started to talk less about "how many more people can play your game" and more about how "this game can cause fatal harm to people if certain options aren't implemented, or even considered."

I haven't worn makeup since I was 14 because I was bullied in school for not knowing how to wear it properly, and got too scared to try again. Now I'm trying to learn and I'm googling shit like "how to apply eyeliner" like a wee kiddo except now I'm 32😭

Special shoutout to that one guy that posted a gif of flickering lights on my reel about how my community is more aware of my epilepsy and have been more mindful of what can harm those of us with it. I hope you recover from whatever evil clouded your thoughts to do such an act.

I finally caught up to the FFXIV story and... ow what an awful reminder of how Epileptic unfriendly this game is 😭 I love it so much, I just wish I was able to look at any of the boss fights without waking up on the floor.
