Old screaming liberal fighting lies, hypocrisy, and the MAGA idiocracy. Prescriptivist (Thanks, Chris!) Pardon my French

Back in 2024, one of the more prominent Qanon touters- whose name escapes me- made repeated authoritative claims that 300,000 American children went missing every year without press coverage, yet the Trump campaign could only identify five American citizens murdered by undocumented immigrants.

What if the Right's lurid claims were true? Malignant, deceptive forces are infiltrating every community, killing little old ladies and robbing children of their futures? And yet mainstream media mostly ignores the real cause? This is true--but it's fossil fuels.

Remember: The 2024 mid-term elections have a great chance of putting Dems in charge of Congress. MAGA/Russian bots have one goal between now and November: stir up anger and distrust among Dems, to prevent us from uniting and working in a cohesive front against MAGA.

Boomers vs. GenX vs. GenY vs. GenZ vs. Millenials. Blacks vs. LatinX vs. Jews vs. whites. Evangelicals vs. Catholics vs. Muslims. Far left vs. moderate left. Honest discussion is great; disunity and attacks are not. Our greatest strength is our common goal: protect democracy, evict MAGA.

The tutorial below is Big Time worth the 3 minutes it takes to listen. I approve of the cautious approach by our prospective 2028 candidates in bringing the filibuster and Court packing into the chat before the midterms, but only by leaning all the way in can the promises one needs to make be kept.

Republicans win the White House, enact trickle-down tax cuts, and collapse the economy. Feel like we've been here before? Here's why it keeps happening.

There is an inchoate fear in play with far too much of the populace that rebuking the big money corporate monopolists, who make it so hard to get ahead, might cause them to shut off whatever small t rickle is or isn't actually trickling down..

DL Hughley on Zohran Mamdani: “This Muslim is putting Christians to shame." "There is more to say for a man that lifts the poor, that feeds the hungry, that walks among the people, than powerful white men who consort with a pedophile. Who’s the more Christlike?”

An act of Congress is all it would take to return the $160 billion in tariff revenue to the pockets of the American consumers where it belongs- to be distributed via the same mechanism as covid stimulus payments and income tax refunds. Run on it, pass it, send it to Trump and dare him not to sign it

The Trump Administration is sending billions to Amazon, Apple, Walmart, and other big corporations to refund them for Trump’s tariffs. American households were estimated to lose over $1,000 to tariff price hikes. Here's an idea: refund working families before big business.

In early 2024, as oil prices finally threatened to fall below the magic $80/barrel mark, OPEC+ made two last attempts to decrease supply and raise the price but were blunted by Biden's timely releases from the SOR. Thus we were nicely set up on the path to sub $3 gas and, combined with 1/2

Same time wildfire is breaking records in Spain, France, England, and right after poison air levels broke records across North America

Rep. Jamie Raskin: "Welcome back to this week’s episode of Who Wants to Be a MAGA Millionaire?! It’s America’s favorite game show where President Trump’s pardoned insurrectionists and private militia compete to win your tax dollars"

The numbers cited in the post below implicate a per bed annual cost of $81,000. The average annual cost of a prison bed in a maximum security State Prison is about $35,000 — including their Wiccan shrines and Native American sweat tents. Alligator Alcatraz cost close to $150,000 per bed per year.

While Americans struggle to afford utilities, healthcare, childcare, housing, and groceries, ICE is spending nearly $14.43 million a day to detain 65,000 people

Trump's Medicaid work requirements are putting even terminally ill patients through bureaucratic nightmares to keep their health insurance — all to fund even more tax cuts for the wealthy.
