What happens after acknowledgement? Yesterday was Black Women's Equal Pay Day. Black women are typically paid 65 cents for every $1 paid to white men. Over a career, that's $1.1M+ lost. Equal pay closes today's gap. Reparations address the centuries of exclusion that created it. We need both.
