From watching all this British TV lately, I can say so far that my new favorite expression is "no joy/any joy?", my favorite moment has been hearing Brenda Blethyn say "elecky bill," and I was quite surprised by the pronunciation of the word 'urinal'.
It's shaping up to be a British crime procedural fall. The last few weeks I've watched Vera, Prime Suspect, and New Tricks, and I'm starting Unforgotten now. 🔍
