Hooligan, Alien, Not Today & Normal just hit different tonight. Hard to explain- it was just amazing. Also Dis-ease and Run as the surprise songs were soooo fun. Seemed less karaoke-style and way more polished. Not sure if that was intentional but they were both fully performed. Love these guys. 💜
On this day 4 years ago, I was celebrating Hobi at Lolla (while also mourning their hiatus). Today, we’re seeing them in NJ!! 💜

This scene is such a great lesson is leadership for me. RM and Yoongi admittedly led musical direction until recently, when the other members had time to develop their own solo work and musical tastes. Their ability to take note, compromise, listen again, debate & rework crafted an absolute banger.

Random- but have to note- I have the version 3 (which I know is scheduled to not sync at future shows). Mine and other V3 bombs perfectly synched up during the Vegas D2 show…and then abruptly died. All the V3s around me died between FYA and Into the Sun. Like they detonated those vintage bombs.
Such an amazing show!! I hoped for Black Swan (got Black Swan!!) and joked about Spine Breaker (and got Spike Breaker!!!) FYA is insane live and the Not Today remix is sooo good.
