I think I’m gonna start wearing diapers more and sleeping in the crib. I kinda need this, but it’s just pushing myself to be comfortable with it. It’s part of who I am and I need to honor that.

I’m not gonna lie, I’m anxious about going to CAP. I haven’t really been super active within the ABDL space and the last time I went was with my ex daddy. It might be a bit weird, so please be patient with me. 😥

I haven’t worn diapers in a while and I’d like to get back into wearing them more and explore little space, but I just don’t think I’m in the right headspace at the moment. I go into the nursery, grab a diaper, have this wave of depression come over me, put it back, and leave the room.
