1pm et, (re)starting the msq in ff14!! i last played this game in 2021. i have over 400 hours and never made it to heavensward. im not a rper or anything I genuinely don't know what happened here, but I barely remember any of the story so let's start again from the beginning

with the new imaging we might actually have found the problem and in a couple months I might finally be pain-free after 2 years long miserable of this... still too long but that's a light at least 🥹

pain is extremely bad so still short term semi-hiatus but good: bloodwork tomorrow, MRI next week, nuclear imaging the week after, we should pretty definitively know what's wrong pretty soon bad: completely forgot to ask for pain meds in all of that 💀

going to have to cancel stream and push back Lego Star Wars to next week.. I got three streams done this week at least but it is really starting to feel like health is a losing battle at this point I'll bring smalldog along and force her to do co-op though to make up for it 🥹
