Quill is obviously super fit, given he's a military officer. He tries to just sleep it off for a day or two, he doesn't like to waste time. (Poor guy should be a little kinder to himself lol) Scarlett also has a fairly robust immune system but she will play it up. She wants to be coddled

one thing I would like to explore a little with Quill that I don't see much in media is the trauma of growing up poor. Sure he has living parents who love him, but even after you've escaped poverty it stays with you
