I've been working on academic books for 8 years (as an editor for 6) this week and I just had to Google to make sure I was using a comma right because I *knew* I was right technically, but it still *looked* a little funny in this back cover copy... staying humble here, folks

PSA: authors typically retain the right to reprint their own articles in a book they author/edit. You may have signed a contract w/ the journal saying as much or the publisher’s website may have info. If not you can email the journal editor to confirm. Just cite the original in your acknowledgments.

lots of conversation about AI and research summaries but I learned 20 years ago that SparkNotes are useful but ≠ reading the book and I'm still at that restaurant today
