Last week, I had the pleasure of attending the IP-PAD research day, where I presented the key findings of my PhD on adolescents’ political trust. It was a great event, with generous colleagues always ready to share advice. Now I start the final months of my PhD, preparing to defend next year! 😱📚

There are many parallels between publishing papers and putting a baby asleep. An endless 🧵 1. it takes longer than you think. 2. there are strategies, but it‘s essentially trial + error. 3. don‘t let them out of your hands too early, it‘ll fail 4. you usually hear back from them sooner than hoped
