It may have been overkill, but I took the datasheet of the Philips tube used in the Commodore 1084 monitor and used it to recalculate the angles of the CRT shader in Copperline. This is almost ready to be included in the next release. #Amiga

Copperline 0.13.0 is out! Highlights: RTG graphics (Z3660 + Picasso96), Debian Linux/m68k booting to a login prompt, A2065 Ethernet with zero-setup NAT, telnet BBS over emulated serial, and configurable floppy speed with turbo. github.com/CopperlineHQ... #Amiga

Part of life of my wife having a shop is that Square regularly breaks things. This time they have broken some of the sales reporting tools. Today I got GPT to make a tool for her called "Round Peg". It uses the API to fill the hole Square put in their reporting tools for her 😂

Version 0.10.0 of Copperline is out, a massive 256 commits between 0.9.0 and 0.10.0! I do not recommend anyone but developers use this release yet. A lot of the chipset code has been re-written and it has introduced regressions. Bug fixing will be the next beta focus. #Amiga

Copperline 0.5.0 is out: my Amiga emulator, built around accurate hardware timing, deterministic replay, and deep debugging. It supports OCS/ECS/AGA, headless capture, and an in-window debugger that can step backwards through time. copperline.dev #Amiga #RetroComputing

Fun finding of the day... Every Amiga Raemixx 500 motherboard I can find photos of has a hardware assembly fault which breaks Zorro compatibility. And it might be partly my fault. I'll be writing up everything later this week.

Wherever there is a new computer, embedded or not, someone asks if you can run Doom on it. Last year I created the wolfSSL wolfDemo board. Today I managed to get Doom running on it. There is no sound, so the LEDs act like a VU meter for the sound effects. I haven’t wired up a controller yet either.
