Earnest lit journal question: What is the thought behind using Issuu (or PDF) for publication of digital-only journals? I mostly understand the use case for those who do physical and digital (I think).

Thinking of swapping out my standard table question of "Are you nice or are you kind?" with "Who are the good guys in Warhammer 40k?"

It hurts my heart a little every time I come across a lit journal with really good work and no infrastructure for organic discoverability — coherent URL slugs, sitemaps, valid SSL certs, media cards. Social media as the only avenue of discovery is really fragile.
