I’ve always thought my hands and wrists and neck were at the most risk of work injury from all the painting tiny things at my desk that I do, but it turns out I’m burning through my elbows the fastest from all the can-shaking I do on a daily basis 😅

I saw this phone stand the other day and had to buy a couple in the hopes it was the right size for gumdrop guys, and now I’m so tempted to cut one up and attempt to re-assemble it as a small chair using my wood burning tool. I’ve always wanted to dip my toe into making inflatable toys

Newt can be very helpful letting us know when Lizzy needs to go outside to potty, but he’s very unhelpful because he ALSO will pretend to want to go outside so she will get up and then he can steal her chew.

Our morning routine is to get up, potty, Newt and Lizzy play for an hour while I watch and eat my breakfast, and then I put her in front of her crate and she gladly collapses into it and sleeps for another couple hrs
This is my third iteration, but I think I’m finally happy with this “packaging” for gumdrop guys! The other two were too disposable; I like packaging that is worth keeping as part of the display
friend bought us some gumdrops from @littleguys3d.bsky.social ....been eyeing these forever, unreal how cute they are and already so adventurous on our desk!

Oh I’m gonna close up shop tomorrow night, (Friday) probably around 9pm mountain time, until sometime in September! If you want to grab any little guys before then you better get ‘em now! There are a handful of gumdrop cats left, here’s four of them!
