Small victory OTW: Our notes go through random audits for quality. Billing and just good care documentation. We don’t know if a note will be pulled until it’s submitted and a flag pops up. Just happened and it wasn’t a note I rushed or templated to hell. Complicated presentation and plan detailed 🏆
This older hawk is so sad. 2-3x a day she’s posting up and calling for her young one to come back. She doesn’t know he’s gone. Google says there’s nothing to do and in a week or so she’ll stop.
