I love a thriller detective series to get my teeth into & Alex Smith's DCI Kett books are one of my go to reads. Although I love their delicious darkness, it's the light that hooks me. The humour, the characters' quest for justice, their goodness & the hope that brings.

Confessions of a crime author! Editors are ace! Mine told me I'd overused the word Just. So, I found them all, using the Control H key. Unfortunately, I managed to delete them all resulting in 'adjust', justification, Unjust & more without the Just. It was spotted & rectified!
