It has been a pleasure to present our EQUIP program at the #AALLConference2025. EQUIP is a new initiative to support first-year university students via peer-led sessions focused on building academic skills. EQUIP also recently won a UWA Award for Excellence & Innovation in Learning & Teaching.

The final chapter of my thesis has just been published in Ecology and Evolution! @ecol-evol.bsky.social onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/... Here we find that the social environment, notably vocal and aggressive interactions, are linked to cognitive development in magpie fledglings.
