I hate how just one thing can just completely fucking ruin a night, even if I know it's a joke, but it just breaks the wrong wires in my head, and I end up going into a spiral and closing up. Then I can't get over it because I'm upset that I am upset.
discovered what a silent migraine was yesterday ๐ realised the LED lights where i work are screwing me over since they installed them, i think i might get those rose glasses to protect from blue lights and see if they work but they expensive :c
How I was moving today when I heard our manager denied a colleague compassionate leave for a last-minute cancer-related test for his wife. (He got it in the end when I made sure they knew it was illegal under the Dependents Leave law.)

For once, an actually peaceful and relaxing Saturday for the most part. Usually I go insane with having little to do, but for some reason it was just nice.
Unfortunate truth ive learned over time is the more confident you get and the more you begin to value your self respect, the smaller your circle can end up. Especially so if you've come from a shy background and had to suck up to people to be 'accepted', the moment you have a spine, it changes.
I like to think I can take views from other sides even if i dont agree with them, with balance ofc, that being said I have noticed recently the algorithm for Facebook has increasingly starting throwing hostile right wing tripe my way relentlessly no matter what I do. X was always fucked though
