Well... that song now got stuck on Kara's head... Superhearing mean she could hear the humming very well. When she finished her shower, she she brushed her teeth and was, overall, already feeling a bit better... She put some clothes on before she exited... singing... "𝐼𝑡 𝑗𝑢𝑠𝑡 𝑡𝑎𝑘𝑒𝑠 𝑠𝑜𝑚𝑒 𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑒~" 🎶

She felt guilty at times she was bossy and needy and he was one of of a handful of people who saw all facets of her. The strong headstrong woman the insecure woman, The tenacious reporter and the woman who used her fem side as a weapon. She stayed close breathing softly the world was at peace.

No, no he wouldn't. Eventually he carried her to bed, holding her in his arms as he pulled the blankets over them. Cuddled together, the two of them allowing themselves some rest in the arms of the other.

She didn't have powers but she did make a strong pour over coffee and scrambled eggs and pancakes something hearty and comforting she had enough hangovers in college to know what helped humming from the kitchen as Kara showered. She could swear it was The Middle by Kelty Greye and KidMotel

A biiiig stretch followed that. She opened an eye to look around, before closing it again and yawning... Jeez... She really needed a shower to wake up... Mustering some morning willpower, she managed to get up and dragged her feet to the shower.

She sighed and fell fast asleep in his arms her head resting on his chest her fingers clinging faintly to his cape even in her sleep "Don't go.... not yet..." She breathed in her sleep.

She smiled gently, she remembered how hard it was looking after her dad and sister after mom died. Supergirl like Clark came from a planet all but forgotten and that carried a heavy emotional toll. "Take your time you don't have to rush no one here needs saving promise."

Her voice soft she looked so much like her sister she forgot for a moment the girl could lift buildings with one hand. "Tell you what, I will make coffee and breakfast and you take a shower." Lois would never replace Karas parents but hoped at least to be considered family.
