depending on your style diapers are basically a big sphere with an extrusion at the top. as for rigging it's hard to explain in words, but just have bones for the points you want to deform

small update-this is probably going to be my biggest project yet. might turn out to be more of a short movie(obviously with all the fetish aspects, and more), but that also means its going to take a while to finish. 1/2
