I just got to the west coast after near 40 east coast years. While moving my PCP left the practice. LAST WEEK. I saw her in Jan. will not sign off to transfer my parking rx’s (placard, plates) without me flying back to “see a current doc” I’ve been going there about 15 years multiple times a year.
For once, actually going for artfight rather than missing it for the Xth year in a row. Unfortunately, I lack a bunch of my tools since they’re in the moving box! IPad only chaos reigns!
As the brands shed their rainbows - remember that they do not disable themselves for July. Not that we should trust them if they did anyways. Happy Disability Pride Month, y’all!
#makesterriblecomicday falls at a great time for me - i’m in the middle of a cross country move (flights tomorrow!): aching and sore and with only my ipad and no paper.
Since I'm only here another week, and shipping my pencil pages to myself ahead of time, I'm backing them up with a scan first. Having a cross country move does not help with initial art boards, but at least I'll get some inking time or extra editing while it's in transit.
Bouncing back to an earlier page in my penciling, some things come out how I want pretty quick. Others take three redraws of the thumbnail.

If you figure out what the thing that makes you happiest is, you will make it with such unparalleled enthusiasm that it will be impossible for people not to notice in a way that will be so much more memorable than treating yourself like a branded product before you figure out who you are.
Looking over the artfight rules for this year, and it's a lil enlightening to me what comes up on an ethics kind of level. I love seeing it every year - but don't participate because I generally have to maintain what energy I have for my own work. There's a few things that are interesting to me:
Logan's a mess and proud of it. He's as chill as his mom was - basically none of his dad's chaos gremlining. Sadly he's ahead of all my females so he likely won't be one of my next pairs, but he's a fine desk buddy. His brothers are kind of nuts tho.

Hey seriously, literally in the bills it says they'll also use identifying information, such as your age data for "other purposes". That means your data goes into a government surveillance database. This would be for ANY *OS*, which is the thing your fucking PC runs off of. Call your reps NOW.
