Went to see "Kyotographie: Kawada Kikuji x Iwane Ai" at Japan House a few weeks back and immediately missed the grunge of B&W film photography… so I picked up a preloved Olympus Trip 35 banged a couple of rolls through it.

So... as of yesterday I've run 66.1 miles (~106km) during July. Rather more than 11 hours of running and nearly 10,000 calories burned. During a heatwave. But it's all for a good cause, innit? If you've got any coppers spare it'd be much appreciated: fundraise.cancerresearchuk.or...

More than a decade ago my mum had a battle with bowel cancer, which she won largely due to the kind of research the Bobby Moore fund pays for. First time I've bought myself a factory-fresh Gibson… and it has one of the worst cut nuts I've EVER seen. String spacing is wonky (D & G too close together), the D binds and the low E buzzes in its slot. In the case were QC cards from both Gibson and Andertons. Good job, everyone! 😂 #Guitar
