Twitch and Amazon are apparently planning to use streams to train Generative AI. Multiple sources tell me it will be announced in the coming months, despite some internal friction against it. Creators may be able to opt out of some training data.

I've removed VTuber from most everything other than my bio. I've not felt the same connection I did to the VTuber scene when I first started. Too many betrayals, eye openings, etc. If you are my friend through VTubing, then I see you as my friend, not a VTuber.
