What’s up with all the bicycle only promoters here on Bluesky? I’ve replied to many as a supporter of bikes and public transport. But a select few want to ban trucks. I mean how is your food, clothes, and other of life’s needs to be delivered? I had to block a couple, like WTF?
Lots of posts about biking. Biking should be promoted, bike lanes, bike racks, and bike trails. But also important are: Pedestrian friendly walkways and access. Public transportation. Street EV charging for apartments. Traffic fees for dense urban spaces during peak times.
