About
Loki has always wanted friends, but it took a long time to finally meet them. They’re not very well adjusted to society or social norms, behaving more like a large, borderline feral cat desperate for affection than a well-adjusted person, but Loki generally means well, and is intensely loyal to their people. Their curiosity and love of their friends and magic drive them, growing their collection of artifacts and hoping to one day gain the favor of the spirits and become a true spell caster.

Artifact Collector
Magic is something that has always interested Loki, but as someone who doesn't have a talent for spell casting, they have instead collected a large number of magic items. Some are useful, but many are useless or gimmicky, such as a self-sewing needle, or a tin crown that instills the wearer with false confidence. Only Loki could tell you why they considered it worth keeping. There’s far too many items to list out in full, but here’s a few of Loki’s most readily available mainstays:
Seeing-Stone: One can see through glamour and illusions when looking through it.
Lantern Staff: Never stops glowing, and when the light turns from blue to gold, it creates a barrier around it about as wide as the staff is tall (aprox. 9’~)
Coin Bangles: They magically protect Loki’s hands, keeping them clean like a pair of gloves, but also preventing magical effects from activating on touch.
Jewelry Box: Nullifies the magic effects of anything inside until it is removed, like a mini-stasis chamber.
Scroll Canister: Repeals magic from interfering with it or it’s contents.
Remembering Map: Shows everywhere it’s ever been, and can be navigated by touch. Additionally, if one’s blood is placed on the map, a rune tracking their location will appear.

About
Clever and sociable, Jinx is a lovely girl with a bubbly attitude. She can be quite kind, though with a bit of a sassy streak and a lack of personal space. However, her humor and interests tend to err on the morbid and dark, and occasionally her grin is a bit too wide, revealing she’s not quite all there. Jinx’s motives are dubious at best, nefarious at worse. Obsessed with the gathering of information and secrets, she has a tendency to stick her nose in where it doesn’t belong. For what purposes, who can say.

Death and Decay
Seems to have some influence over decay and death. With a touch and will, Jinx can cause wood to rot, metal to rust, flesh to putrefy. All things will fall apart eventually, and die. When looking at a creature, she will innately know how close the being is to death, is incapable of death, or if it’s just dead already.
(Spirits look like vermin, but often a bit “off”, with extra eyes, teeth, or other unnatural aspects.)
