We went to Pyrotechnics Guild International's big summer convention. It was pretty cool! Some technical glitches and I think some ordinance detonated prematurely at some points, but the finale was definitely grand. Videos in next post.

I didn't get the promotion. I'm not surprised, but I still feel pretty led on. Honestly, it's probably a blessing in disguise. Doesn't make me feel much better though.
Just picked up a SuperMicro server blade from a local auction for $60. It was in great physical condition. Can't wait to test it out this weekend. I ordered some used drives too. Absolute worst case, I'm only in the hole for less than $200. Best case, I have a functioning home network!
There is something about african wild dogs that I find extremely difficult to draw. The fur pattern is so random and the dark face markings is super hard to capture. I don’t know if I'm the only one. I spent a long time on this one and I think I finally got it for the first time ever. Really proud
