It was a challenge to figure out how to translate the original vertically oriented inspiration (One Piece wanted poster) for the thumbnail into something suitable for a horizontal orientation but I'm glad rearranging the motifs and disregarding the original placements did the trick 🦜

Pressed duck is a dish very hard to find, as the pressing machine is quite rare. While preparing the duck table side for us, the chef explained how he had to search and buy the machine second hand as well as repair and reinforce it before finally being able to offer pressed duck on the menu 🤯
