As you're still reading, you're likely like me, and like to know folks more deeply! Here's a few things you might like to know about why I share what I do:
I care about self-care - and trained as a Mental Health First Aider - because sadly there's a history of suicide in my family. Being mentally well is something l've worked to achieve. So, as I thankfully feel well most of the time, I like to share info that can help us go from surviving to thriving.

I used to feel lonely - so developing healthy relationships that are mutually supportive and genuine is something I'm also thankful I've achieved. In a time where many feel disconnected I occasionally share about connecting in healthy ways as I know how good it feels to overcome loneliness. If you're reading this quietly (as I often used to), and feel lonely at the mo, I hope this gives you hope.

I care deeply about caring for our shared home - and mitigating climate change - as one subject I studied is Environmental Science. Oh, and I've experienced climate change events - so that's how come, too.
