I’m on a bit of a roll with doodling bookmarks, oops…? (Actually I’m really enjoying being able to doodle again, even if the subject matter is exceedingly niche. It makes me happy)

Four illustrated bookmarks of stylised Mari Lwyd, three of which feature various flora & fauna as part of the cloak, the other one features a stylised side profile portrait. Two of the bookmarks are two thirds done with watercolour, the other two are just the inked line work & are awaiting watercolour. Five more illustrated bookmarks - three are stylised side profile portraits with flowing hair that features various flora & fauna; one is a field mouse sitting on a pile of books surrounded by another two pile of books all sitting under two fungi, fireflies in the sky; the last is a field mouse sitting on a rock surrounded by grasses & is the only one that’s two thirds done with watercolour. The rest are still just inked line work.

Hassett: "Data centers are very good for towns bc they create so many jobs & bring people in with high incomes that can buy houses & stuff like that. So if you take a sleepy town that hasn't seen much in the last 30 years & put a data center there, there are gonna be a bunch of happy residents."

A man stands in the darkness illuminated by a single light above his head. The light Bounces across his bald head. His face is pitted and wrinkled, scared from years of chaos in his life. Makeup concealing even more of his past. He’s made up like a clown, but he’s not very funny at all. Blood stains his collar, in his shirt pocket sits a short pencil. He’s scruffy, unstable and extremely dangerous. 2-4B graphite on 110gsm A4 paper. Edited in ‘Photopea’. Colour added with coloured pencil.
