Picked this up after the Book Banning and Censorship event at the Writers Fest today. Hadn’t heard of it before Alberta decided to ban it and three other graphic novels from schools earlier this year. Thanks Alberta!!

Final report cards were due Friday morning. Thursday afternoon we were told to personally email parents of any failing Grade 12s because notifications on interim report cards aren’t enough anymore and we have to give them a chance to complete work they’ve ignored all semester.

It’s report card week again (just over a month since the last one). It’s been suggested we use AI to help write our comments, which are supposed to be meaningful and individual (which is why they scrapped the old comment bank).
