Even when Trump is gone, this white Christian nationalist section of US society will still remain.
No judicial nominee who refuses to state the unvarnished truth about our elections should ever be appointed. Period.

The danger lies not only in his persistence in living in a delusion but in ALL those, including Senators and Congresspeople, who persist in feeding that delusion, knowing it to be false and dangerous. Yet another reason why Dems need to take control of those houses.

The literature on leadership will tell you that anyone who puts people around him who only tell him what he wants to hear rather than presenting him with facts on which to base decisions or take actions is a weak leader. DT's delusion is deepening by the day, and that puts all of us at risk.

I hope and pray that there will be no purity litmus test that will keep those whose preferred candidate did not win the primary from supporting whoever did. It's a numbers game, folks, and Dems need to be in the majority and they need to pull together. Independents need to get on board as well.

The real tragedy of all this is that Republicans are scared about losing their jobs and perhaps their access to the rich and powerful, but have no care at all about doing their jobs to protect and serve the people. This is the rot at the core of our political system now.

Republicans have every reason to fear they will pay a political price for this rotten economic record, unmitigated corruption, misguided priorities, and gross incompetence.
Clear evidence that he is not fit to serve, and that the people are suffering for that incompetence and inability to focus on what's needed.

Wen he says "moving cameras," it's because he can't recall the word "videos" and so he's stating the component parts as best he can. E.g., a "camera" is involved and the images are "moving"
When hospitals have to post signs stating that they are places of healing and aggressive or violent behavior will not be tolerated you know we have descended to a new low. Shame on us for allowing this to happen.
