He has said the courts are full of ‘rogue activist judges’ and the Trump Administration is ‘at war’ with the federal judiciary. That kind of rhetoric is unacceptable on either side of the table, Democratic or Republican.
Marco Rubio is against birthright citizenship. But Marco Rubio *is* a birthright citizen. Ted Cruz is against birthright citizenship. But Ted Cruz was born in Canada. He only got US citizenship by a birthright citizenship law because of his US mother. They are both shameless hypocrites.
