Roger Gall @Shambles151 "A Swiss court has acquitted five Palestine solidarity activists, annulled their fines, recognised the reality of genocide in Palestine, and affirmed that peaceful civil disobedience is protected by freedom of expression." Please RT this until the UK courts do the same.

A very important read for everyone in the UK to understand the guidance on COVID has been ‘flawed’ since day 1 and thanks to the determination of CATA here is the full feedback on their amazing success.

It’s ludicrous that as gas prices double due to war we’ll also be paying double for energy from renewable and nuclear sources. It’s becoming an unworkable system. Energy should be renationalised and a fair pricing system introduced.

Rik Worth 👻@rikworth.bsky.social · 5mo ago

Labour just announced energy price cap dropped. Oil just spiked, completely undoing that. Given 50% of UK energy is from renewables, now is the time to renationalise and drop the dumbass marginal price system that makes green energy needlessly as expensive as gas.

We’re five years into the pandemic, and the science is telling a very different story than “just a cold.” COVID affects blood vessels, organs, metabolism, and cognition — and the impacts compound with each infection.

Big headline in black: “COVID isn’t a cold. It’s cigarettes all over again.”

Large headline: “People feel ‘fine’ … until they’re not. Every infection leaves a physiological footprint.”
Body text: “Research continues to show that COVID can cause inflammation, microclotting, and tissue injury across multiple organs — even after ‘mild’ or asymptomatic cases.
Like smoking in the mid-century, the harm isn’t always immediate. People lived their lives normally until, suddenly, they couldn’t. Your body is keeping score.”

This is a fantastic article I encourage everyone to read. The damaging effects of COVID on our immune system are not up for debate. It’s not hypothetical. And it’s not limited to “only the vulnerable”. This is why many of us mask. Respirators like an N95 do a great job preventing covid.

England is now experiencing a significant COVID wave, after 10 months of relative quiet. "If someone says they are in bed with flu, it’s almost certainly COVID, given that the number of people admitted to hospital for COVID last week was 50 times higher than the number admitted for flu!"

The chart shows weekly hospital COVID admissions per 100,000 population in the UK from May 2023 to September 29, 2025, based on UKHSA data.

Autumn 2023 peak reached around 6 per 100k.

Winter JN.1 peak followed early 2024 (~5 per 100k).

Several 2024 peaks occurred mid-year before dropping.

A 10-month stretch of low, stable levels lasted through late 2024 to mid-2025.

A new Sept 2025 wave shows a sharp upward climb approaching prior peak levels.

The video was made by Dr Nancy Malek as a presentation to other Doctors but it’s really worth watching the whole video. This is why I will be continuing to wear an ffp2/N96. Very important to avoid catching this virus during this time in our history.

By Dr Nancy Malek Even in 2025, doctors have accepted too many myths about COVID. My presentation explains why - and gives you the science you're missing. Full list of references available at covidfordoctors.org www.youtube.com/watch?v=GPUT...
