Almost as old as the universe itself, the stars in the Great Sagittarius Cluster are over 12 billion years old! This cluster of 500,000 stars were pulled together into this tight cluster by gravity. It took 10,000 years for this light to hit my yard in Victoria, BC :) 🔭 #astronomy #astro #m22

I was writing something about the old fashioned word 'cleave' as in the wedding vow of cleaving to your mate. In that context it means to hold fast but then I thought divorce (or worse) when you cleave the union. 🧐
