NOW: An explosive device was possibly detonated outside 26 federal plaza, this same building has been hosting frequent ICE detentions in NYC. Shots were fired and heard from witnesses, a man was detained immediately. The investigation is still ongoing and details incoming.
“CAGE PEDOPHILES, NOT IMMIGRANTS!” Here at Staten Island, in front of congresswoman Nicole malliotakis office building! Where a small rally of anti-ICE staten islanders came in solidarity over Lorenzo Salgado, who was murdered by ICE agents. Another killing occured in Maine.
ICE has been holding a child in detention meant for adults for nearly two months, his attorneys allege. A judge ordered his move to HSS custody last week. www.thecityreporter.nyc/2026/07/13/i...

Staten Island protesters are hosting a brief rally in front of Nicole Malliotakis office building in solidarity with the recent ICE murder of Lorenzo Salgado. It’s reported another murder by ICE has taken place in Maine just two hours ago, details are still coming in.
Power outages being reported on the north shore of Staten Island, specifically forest avenue, parts of castleton and Richmond terrace. Other boroughs are reporting similar issues, power lines melting or utility poles catching fire. Stay safe folks!
Currently in my area, there isn’t a single soul outside! Not even many people driving around, this heat has everyone indoors. Yet, the power grid is already giving out. For a city so wealthy, the infrastructure remains to be underdeveloped.
Unconfirmed ICE sighting in Staten Island, victory blvd by St. George ferry. Several unidentified individuals are seen kidnapping a man in a Mexican jersey this morning in Staten Island. The person filming was later targeted by these individuals but fled.
NYPD adding additional officers to certain neighborhoods because they think the fans of the country playing will be rowdy or act out. Right now it’s Mexico vs South Korea and there’s an uptick in police presence in Hispanic areas. Especially near mine.
WASHINGTON (AP) — Supreme Court sides with a Texas man who says it’s not a crime for marijuana users to have guns.
NYPD already acting out and arrests a student for trying to go to school via the Knicks parade route. But allow small children to pass by after arresting this one student for simply doing the same thing. Video by “nerb570” on IG!
If NYPD plan was to prevent mass congregation, they failed greatly. Major crowds are forming and crowding the streets due to sidewalks being restricted. Officers patrolling are upset they’re obstructing the streets, preventing them from moving ironically. Tourists are lost.
NYPD has shutdown midtown manhattan, barricades and IDF like checkpoints in every corner of midtown Manhattan.
Back here at MSG! 15 minutes until the Knicks vs spurs finals! However it’s being hosted in San Antonio, NYPD still chooses to setup checkpoints though. The crowd is filled with excitement and energy following the World Cup matches. Likely booze too.
NEW YORK CITY IS THE BEST CITY IN THE COUNTRY, WE OWN THIS RAAAA
Here at the Brooklyn navy yard! Where members of the board are meeting. Small police presence, including a drone unit deployed. Though, only a single white shirt and community affairs. So far a resident was fooling around then kicked out by cops.

LARGE FDNY response at Staten Island, port Richmond. The fire was in a nursing home, next to the P.S20 school. Reports of a faulty electrical wire may be the cause, the area has its power shut off. The school currently has NO power and kids are inside on lockdown.
Unclear on what occurred, but crowd started chanting for the cops to “leave him alone”. Appears to be the first ticket given out for the night!
Crowd is slowly growing, a lot of young kids out here waiting to see druski. Rapper “A boogie wit the hoodie” is also present with druski. NYPD officers are deploying everything they got, a white shirt was heard saying they’ll “do their best to stop them” from reaching MSG.
The calm before the storm! Here at WSQ park, awaiting for the comedian “Druski” to make a surprise appearance at 3PM today. It’s fairly calm in the park currently, though NYPD officers are already on patrol. Cops are being stretched thin due to Trump visit and now this.
NEW YORK (AP) — 5 people stabbed at New York City's Penn Station and a suspect is in custody, authorities say.
