Also maybe someone just tell me the thing I need to hear about stuff. Why does this toxic trait where I will hide my true state of emotions or feelings become greater with people younger.

Man i dont know what has happened but my emotions are exploding. My empathy is starting to feel like a weight. I spent my youth not having much and being emotionless. Yet now my brain screams to make sure everyone has hope. Please stay strong my strong my friends.
