Use of Intralipid in a Propranolol/Quetiapine induced cardiac arrest - our poster today at #SOA25 Evidence for lipid rescue is (and will likely remain) limited, but it really was an inspiring and uplifting case to have been a part of - ROSC after 76 mins CPR and an excellent neurological outcome.
I was asked in a recent webinar whether The Bleep Test has an audiobook version, and very soon the answer will be yes! Looking forward to the audiobook release in a couple of weeks, read and brought to life by Stewart Crank. tantor.com/the-bleep-te... #medsky

@pulmcrit.bsky.social Hi Josh, I was wondering - the IBCC chapter for SCAPE says bolus 1000-2000mcg nitroglycerine initially, but the Resus Crisis Manual chapter says 200-400mcg +/- repeat in 2 mins. Any tips / pitfalls for judging the initial dose here? Thanks!
Changeover day tomorrow. For lots of FY1s who have done psychiatry or something else niche as their first rotation, it will feel like the first Wednesday of August all over again. Be kind out there folks. #MedSky
