i think, now, more than ever its really important to interact with people who like your art and vice versa, and cultivate more community and trust among artists and commissioners and followers in general. its not a perfect system by any means but i think building trust between everyone will help

This is what people mean by AI is theft. Someone I know later found out an artist (16k followers) they got a commision from uses AI and now they don't have funds to commish me or another artist they like. Not only does the slop machine steal art, these scammers directly steal work from real artists

A scribbly head shot or half body only piece of a character of your choice. These pieces do not have clean lines and will be seen more as a colored sketch with no backgrounds. The only information that is asked for with this commission is a possible reference for the OC you'd like art of and any possible aesthetic posts that you (THE CLIENT) attribute to your character. - You can request the colors (skin, hair, eyes, etc) in the beginning but there will be no revision throughout the commission process. You can only make minor adjustment during final process.

so, 2 cool things! 1) raffle post is more or less finalized now, so i'm hoping to drop it around early august (likely within the first week since the semester will be ending soon, finally-) 2) comms will also likely reopen around that time as well, just gotta see how things turn out from here!
