I got a message back from the HR guy at the job, I really want, that I interviewed for yesterday. And he said they are excited to have me as a candidate, but that he won't have any updates for me for a few days as the team as they are still waiting on feedback.

Gah!! I don't think I did well in my second interview for this remote job I really want!!! And I have already been turned down by all the other jobs I interviewed for. 😓 It's really disheartening cause I thought I did very well in the first one. And I got my hopes up as this is a very exciting role

OMG I am so excited that my vanity plates finally came in!! I have always wanted these since I was a little girl. But I only recently realized I'm an adult now, and I can do things like this if I want. 😁 What would you get on your license plate if you could get anything on it?

Finally back home after almost 2 weeks at the beach. And the kicker, the day I went home was the first day of the kite festival!! Which I have always wanted to be there for. The universe can be so cruel sometimes. 😜

Ugh, I just had to chase a loose puppy around a lake while barefoot at high noon!! And then the dog went IN the lake... So not only am I drenched in sweat, but then when I finally caught the bugger, he shook off all the pond water on me 😰

Wow, I just had a fun debate with some Jehovah's Witnesses at my friend's door. I haven't done that in a long time. And I strangely miss it a bit.
