It's so frustrating how reports for the missing Supervised Customer bug keep getting moved to Feedback. People literally have to resort to showing proof that it was advertised as a feature to be taken seriously 🤨

Truly depressing that you cannot express anything without some sort of backlash :/ I miss the older days where brainless negativity wasn't the default for socials

Nice to see them addressing the save issues, but that's not the first time and it's still not fixed (I get that it takes time from the complexity). But in the meantime, bugs continue to pile up, new content to be released, and most of them are not fixed. Even easy ones where the root cause is clear.

So I've just faced this issue today, and I have some observations ! - When saving while being on the lot, pictures don't seem to save normally, no picture is generated on the save file - But saving from the Manage Worlds screen seemed to work? #TheSims4

It's genuinely so sad. All the photos ae gone except the ones from Binleigh's graduation for some reason. And the one that I just took of Cash and Bins. I can take new pictures, but all olds ones are gone 🥲

pls tell me this is a joke, cause how are there 600+ bug reports while the fixed section is still 60 whatever the bug fixing team is doing is unclear 'cause half of those reports are things you can fix by adding a check to items :|

A moot just told me that the bug spreads to other saves. You have to make sure you delete the affected saves, then fully quit the game before opening a new save, or it will spread to whichever you open next. It happened to them this way. Fuck this is insane!
