The Hero that used to burn so bright! Ophelia Everbright's MTG card has dropped! Meet the main character of the upcoming visual novel MAHOU SHOJO REVENGE!, who is on a quest to kill her former best friends and squad mates of the Solar Guardians, a sisterhood of magical girls sworn to fight evil.

I’m seeing a lot of people who feel upset and betrayed about this. I’d like to give some perspective on this as a software engineer to help other game devs understand it better. Specifically, I want to answer what is he saying, what does it mean, and what does it mean for you specifically.

I use language models to develop Ren'Py, and have since Github copilot came out in beta in 2021. Before that I've used other tools (code completion, etc.) I don't vibe code Ren'Py, though - that's not something you do if you want a project you can maintain. 1/2
