Nintendo fan for life. Xbox was good too. Also one of the very few N-Gage fans. VHS movie fan. Honda is my favourite car brand. I make videos on YouTube for fun www.youtube.com/Lvaneede (AKA Lemonade)
Halo is the only first person shooter I care about. I only like them for the campaigns. I didnt like how the previous remaster changed the original art style. So I really hope this is more faithful to the original style. It came with a cool coin too, which I wasn't expecting.
Finished Rhythm Paradise Grove. It was good and Im very happy to have another game in the series. But I think I still think Megamix is the best one. Maybe I like Groove equally as much as Beat The Beat on Wii. Semi unrelated, I wonder when Bits & Bops will eventually release on Switch.
Sad to hear Mario Kart Tour is shutting down. Until about two years ago I played it basically every day for two and a half years. Most of that time I also subscribed to the Gold Pass. It is easily the best single player Mario Kart. The high score aspect of it was always fun.
Arrived today, Dark Auction Switch 2 Edition. From what I can tell it only got a physical release in Japan. I was interested in it because it has the same writer as Another Code and Hotel Dusk. I played the Switch 1 demo earlier this year and thought the story was very interesting.
Im so happy to have a new Rhythm Paradise game after such a long time. This series and its clones like Melatonin and Bits & Bops are the only rhythm games that I actually like.
Splatoon Raiders looks a bit underwhelming if it is basically just an expanded Salmon Run mode. I was hoping for something new. After that Direct, Im in no hurry to play it.
Finished replaying Rhythm Paradise on Wii. It is great overall. But after replaying this now, and Megamix last year, I think I prefer Megamix, besides the unnecessary story. Im really looking forward to Groove in a few days
Just played the Rhythm Paradise Groove demo, it is great. Cool that to have a song with japanese vocals. I dont remember that happening in the english games before
Im going to replay this in preparation for Rhythm Paradise Groove
Finished my replay of Rise of the Tomb Raider. The game is still really good, but I liked it less than I did originally. I think mostly because I dont like the shooter parts of the game so much. The exploration and tombs are still great. Later this year I will replay Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
For fans of Sony and 2000's tech, here is a new video for you. I got a new Dream Machine that was never used for 17 years. youtu.be/FxP_Un6RNxs

That was a great direct. Can't wait for Rhythm Paradise. Looking forward to Splatoon Raiders. Very nice that Stellar Blade is coming to Switch 2, I want to play that. Xenoblade looks amazing. I just can't believe thats all they showed of Zelda.
Nothing else matters, we're getting a new Xenoblade. Also a Switch 2 version of Xenoblade 3. I will replay it.
Just watched the Xbox showcase. Being mostly shooters, there wasn't much of interest. I definitely want to play Fable, Halo and Senua. Maybe Minecraft Dungeons 2. Bad Magpie and Vivarium look interesting, but I need to see more on those.
I got up at 5am for Summer Game Fest. Resident Evil Veronica and FF7 Revelation are great. I didn't really care about anything else.
Just got FF7 Rebirth. I mostly liked Remake earlier this year, so I should like this one too. Ive only heard good things about it on various podcasts I listen to. It has reverse box art, which is nice. It looks better than the regular box art. I have no idea who Zack Fair is for this Magic card.
Now that The Mario Galaxy Movie is on streaming services, I bought it and made a watchable VHS version for my collection. I recycled a Star Trek Voyager tape, which was just the right length. I then put the box art together based on the official DVD box art, and old VHS movies.
I scanned all my N-Gage box arts. There are 84 images in this gallery archive.org/details/cci-...

Congratulations to @radiofreenintendo.bsky.social for 20 years of amazing podcasts 🎉 🥳 Episode 1 was published on the 18th of May 2006, and today episode 975 was published.
VHS game trailers/ads are such a time capsule. The Australian movie trailer accent is also perfect. I have never heard of this game before. I've heard this music before in a Nintendo 64 promotional tape. I wonder what the source is.
Im finally replaying Rise of the Tomb Raider. I loved this game when it launched. I have been wanting to replay it for a few years, there just hasn't been a good time until now.
Just finished Mixtape. Its like a mix of Life is Strange and Sayonara Wild Hearts, two of my favourite games. It also kind of felt like it did what Lost Records was trying to do, but better. The art overall is great, but the low framerate for the character animations bothered me Overall it was great
Finished Dispatch. I liked it. It had good characters and an ok story. The gameplay is there. I didn't like the puzzles, but the rest was ok. Im not sure why this is a game and not just an animated series on a streaming service.
Purchases from this weekend. I have been interested in Pokemon Pinball for ages, but basically every copy I see has the battery cover missing. I hope the rumble still works. SotD is a Grasshopper game Ive never played. I know there is a remaster on Switch, but I like having a physical copy.
The Switch 2 version of Sayonara Wild Hearts is out now. It is either a free upgrade, or 50% off if you don't own it already. I demand everyone play this. It is the best one hour of game you will ever play.
I love Splatoon, but I didn't like 3 very much. Im gkad we're getting a single player one with Raiders. This new trailer looks cool, so I really hope the game is good.
