Love that you published this to show the patterns you noticed and the strategies you used to detect. But without creating an easy cheat sheet for "this is how to sound convincingly like an author". I fear that scammers will try to perfect their scams ☹️

I've co-written a 12k word report about it. It contains a lot of information, thoughts and reflections. I HOPE it contains insights. In any event, I think it will be useful for editors, publishers and slush readers alike - so do share. And my DMs are very much open if people have thoughts.
