I had a great time at the Country Festival at La Forge Jos Godin singing “Coal Miner’s Daughter” at Open Mic this afternoon. Special thanks to Johnny Lemieux for joining me on acoustic guitar and to all the other fine musicians accompanying us. #countryfestival #whatshappening #countrymusicfestival
I love watching Logan Staley play local stages, and now here we are. Trouble I’m In is out today on all streaming platforms—the debut blues EP from 17-year-old Logan Staley, produced by blues legend Popa Chubby. Not bad for a kid from Moonbeam, Ontario. Northern Ontario is cheering him on. 🎸🔥
Now online at www.timminspress.com/news/beautif..., me reflecting on the bittersweet closure of The Oasis, a local gathering place that meant so much to the community of Kapuskasing. Sometimes the best stories are about beginnings, endings, and the people who make a place feel like home. ❤️

I said yes and I’m so glad I did. On March 7, 2026, I had the privilege of being part of a Women’s Empowerment Photo Shoot in Kapuskasing, celebrating International Women’s Day with an incredible group of women who showed up, stood tall and owned their space. Rise up. Stand together. Take up space.

Glam rock's first iconic album was this gem! "Electric Warrior" by #TRex features the classics "Bang A Gong (Get It On)", "Jeepster" and "Mambo Sun" and opened the doors for bands like #Sweet, #Slade, #MottTheHoople to get their material on the radio as well as led to Bowie's "Ziggy Stardust".
